HAUL PNW - Terms of Service HAUL PNW - Terms of Service Last updated: 07-18-2005 1. Service Overview HAUL PNW provides local, single-vehicle transport using an open trailer throughout Pierce, King, and Thurston Counties. We haul one vehicle at a time using a licensed and insured truck and trailer. 2. Customer Responsibilities By submitting a quote or booking with HAUL PNW, you agree to: - Provide accurate pickup/drop-off information - Ensure the vehicle is ready for transport (keys accessible, cleared of personal items) - Inform us of any known mechanical issues (e.g. does not run, no brakes) - Ensure pickup and drop-off locations are accessible by a truck and trailer 3. Non-Running or Damaged Vehicles If the vehicle cannot be safely loaded or offloaded, additional equipment or labor may be required. You must notify us in advance if the vehicle: - Does not run - Has flat tires or broken axles - Cannot be steered or braked 4. Delays and Scheduling HAUL PNW will make every effort to meet your preferred schedule, but we cannot guarantee specific pickup or delivery times due to traffic, weather, or safety conditions. We will keep you updated and contact you promptly if plans change. 5. Insurance & Liability We carry liability and cargo insurance for all transports. However: - We are not responsible for pre-existing damage - We are not responsible for damage caused by improperly secured loose items inside the vehicle - Any claims must be reported in writing within 24 hours of delivery 6. Cancellations You may cancel up to 24 hours before scheduled pickup at no charge. Last-minute cancellations may incur a service fee. 7. Payment Terms Payment is due upon delivery unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept cash, digital payment, or invoice (for dealers or repeat clients). 8.
